ABOUT THE PROJECT
Worked collaboratively across all service and programmatic departments to build out TeamWayneMetro.org, Wayne Metro's very first intranet hub. The goal was to create a one-stop-shop for anything and everything an employee might need access to related to their work with the agency. From a weekly-updated Bulletin Board to the HR Handbook to necessary safety procedures to our branding kit, the intranet has become a highly-functional home for all things Wayne Metro.

WEBSITE FEATURES
Scrolling Banner and Bulletin Board to keep folks informed.
Staff Sign-in Link on home page for easy access.
Internal Resource Navigation Guide: Created in tandem with our administration team, this guide provides insight into all of Wayne Metro's programs and the status of the application (Open, Internal Referral Only, or Closed).
Safety First Links: Banned entry notifications, Emergency Response Plans, and Incident Reporting.
Programmatic Resources: Each department built out their own page with an overview of their scope/work, the organization chart of their department, and any necessary resources associated with their department.
Support Tickets and Internal-Use Software Links (Paycom, Caspio, Zendesk...)
HR/Employment Resources: SOPs, Benefits, Handbook, etc.
Branding Kit: Logos, Elevator Pitch, Zoom Backgrounds, Email Signatures, Powerpoint and Google Slides templates.
